Column | What to track |
---|---|
π§ Mood of the day | Write a quick note or use a score (1β5 or πππ) |
π΄ 8h sleep | Check β if you slept at least 8 hours |
π§ Morning Hydration (50cl) | Check β if you drank 50cl water right after waking |
π Morning medication | Check β if you took your medication in the morning |
π Morning journaling | Check β if you wrote in your journal (even 2 lines) |
π§ Meditation | Check β if you meditated (even 2 minutes counts!) |
π Sport | Check β if you did physical activity (walk, workout, yogaβ¦) |
β±οΈ Working hours | Write the number of hours worked (can be 0) |
π± Screen time | Write how many hours you spent on screens (rough estimate) |
π Evening journaling | Check β if you reflected or wrote a short note at night |
